Booking/Late/Cancelling/Refund Policy
A 48 hour cancellation policy or clients will be charged 50% of the service price. And 100% for no call no show. My work hours are 9am
to 7pm Mon to Sat. Clients are adviced to book for intended style. Switching style will NOT be possible at the time of the Appoinment .10-15mins Grace time for both of us to run late. 20mins late, I’ll charge $20 and after 30mins Appoinment will be cancelled and regarded as a No call no show. Appoinments Can be moved to an earlier time depending on my day

- Braids are a great protective style that means it helps to grow out your hair , braids are easy to manage when your schedule is hectic, with braids you are able to catch an extra 30mins of sleep. Lastly, braids are cost effective.
What is your reason for getting a protective style
I am excited to know what goals you are trying to achieve. I am here to help accomplish them. I would love to work together with your hair stylist to accomplish them. That means talking to her prior to your Appoinment (if you have some concerns) or referring you to a hairstylist (if you don't have any so your Hair is prepared for braids.)

Braids can actually be a part of your hairstyle rotation. Hiltasha will assure you have a positive feedback with braids styles. Personally, I am pro braids because I have experienced a change with my hair growth, volume and texture. Come see me!!
